Two of our lovely U9s joined in the fun at Fulham FC choosing to support the women's 1st team for their first ever supporter's game and were rewarded by meeting Billy the Badger!

Some of our winter Wildcats were invited to participate in a festival at Fulham FC's training ground today. The girls loved the opportunity especially when the women's 1st team came to say hello!  Lots of fun games and opportunities to develop their skills followed by a chance to support Fulham Women in their game - a first for many who may now turn out to be season ticket holders!

The girls had a short away trip to our new friends & neighbours at Carshalton Athletic.  Both teams had a mix of U8s and U9s players and the excitement was high pitched as a result of 15 goals between the teams!!

The U13s Panthers are under new management and are on fire at the start of their season!  A 1-3 away win this morning sees them capture the top of their transitional division.  Scary times for the management but keep it up girls.

Despite still recruiting to complete their team the Bobcats keep turning out (without subs), and playing end to end football!  They escaped the rain today to play host to a strong Beacon Hill JFC Reds. FT score 1-1.

The girls were determined for their first ever County Cup competition and didn't disappoint!  5-0 win to earn their place in the next round where they are away to Fleet Town GYFC Bluebirds on 24th November.

After a hugely successful Club quiz night last year - where we raised over £1,600 but more importantly everyone had fun!! - Mel has agreed to arrange another event.  Keep an eye out for ticket sales as we sold out quickly last year.

Although our Bobcats are still one or two players short the girls had a very strong 1-6 win today.  With injuries and no subs on the bench the girls showed their true Beecholme spirit in still claiming the points.  Well done Bobcats!

Our new U11s Cubs team had their second game of the season today and played with endless energy! Half of the team is making their debut with the Club and haven't played grassroots football before but we're excited to watch their development over the season and hope they'll stay for many more.  Well done Cubs!

Our brand new U9s (formed from our summer Wildcats programme) had their second game of the season this morning.  It was the girls' first chance to wear their new kit and they couldn't stop smiling!  Managers Louie and Bev can already see them using the skills they learned at training - exciting things to come.

We're blessed at Beecholme to have been able to create this wonderful new team around two of our existing players.  Despite most of the girls meeting each other just a few weeks ago they're already gelled as a team and are able to display some serious passing and finishing skills!  We're very excited to watch them develop as crazy, lovely footballers :)

U18s had their second game and second win of the 2019/20 season!  The girls are off to a storming start and have loved welcoming some new players - today warrants a special mention to Amy making her Club debut (taking a 25 yard free kick) and scoring a hat trick!  Well done girls!!

In true Beecholme Bobcats spirit the girls took to the pitch today with just 1 sub.  They held their own against a very strong Fleet Town Girls FC but in the end were narrowly beaten by just 1 goal.  Well done Bobcats!

The U11s had some fantastic summer fun at one of their sponsor's Family FunDay today winning runners up medals and ending with a team BBQ at Dulcie's house!  Incredible to think these girls and parents only came together last summer!  Shows you the power of grassroots sport managed the right way.

We've had 60 girls come to our Wildcats sessions this summer and have just two Saturday sessions left until we take a well earned summer break!  Some of the girls are joining a new U9s whilst some are joining existing Club players on our U11s.  Others will be rejoining Wildcats when we return in the autumn so it's been another hugely successful programme for Beecholme, USC and girls football!

The team has welcomed Amy and Annis who made their debut today at the Aldershot Boys & Girls tournament.  The team kept a clean sheet all through the tournament and such a tight final had to be decided by penalties.  The Bobcats kept their nerve and were rewarded with the trophies!

Our U10s star Georgia gave judo a go for the Surrey Youth Games and was rewarded for her efforts this morning with a SILVER MEDAL and the chance to meet a Commonwealth Games competition who started his journey at the SYG!  Well done Georgia ... proving our girls are not just about football.

The U13s and U14s Blues both overcame very strong opposition to reach the semi finals today but were narrowly beaten.  Great results and performances throughout the afternoon - well done girls!

On a windy, wet and sunny afternoon the U11s and U14s Pinks went through the finals to win on penalties - tension, excitement and silverware! Both teams had to meet some excellent opposition teams but held their nerve, had fun and made everyone proud - what stars!

This intrepid bunch of girls met through our SSE Wildcats programme and were full of enthusiasm for today's Met Police tournament.  Despite never having played as a team and meeting some more experienced opposition teams, the girls made everyone proud and improved throughout the afternoon.  Exciting things to come from our 2019/20 Under 9s team!

Working with Reigate & Banstead, Surrey FA and the Club, our coaching partner USC led a team of U8s to Guildford today for the Surrey Youth Games!  The girls were all complete beginners and have had lots of fun with 8 weeks of free training in the lead up to today.  We hope to see all the girls back at our Wildcats sessions and some to join our Under 9s for next season!

Reaching the County semi final & League final means the Bobcats ran out of Sundays for League fixtures. The result was a double header this morning against a much higher placed AFC Wimbledon Yellows.  The Bobcats weren't fazed & won the first game 1-0 & drew the second 1-1 in a nail biting final five minutes!  Fantastic build up to their SCWGL Cup Final in a few weeks.

The Panthers had another win this morning and secured their place out of the relegation zone.  With just one more game to go the team has the 4th lowest 'goals against' score in the division and have a great season considering a rocky preseason.  Well done girls, parents and the new management - true Beecholme grit!

Our tenacious U13s played their last game of the season today and didn't stop till the FT whistle. A great 2018/19 season following promotion to Division 1, the girls have made everyone proud!

U12s Bobcats had their second Cup Semi Final ... this time in the League Cup competition.  Every one of the girls put on a strong performance for a well deserved 3-1 win and now wait for the League to set a date for them to face AFC Wimbledon in the Final.

Our U11s are through to the SCWG League Cup Final in their first season!  The girls were 0-3 up but a strong opposition kept going and fought back to 2-3 with 5 minutes to go.  The Belles held their nerve and the score remained 2-3 making the team 2018/19 Finalists!

Whilst the League takes a half term break some of our lovely U13s Wildcats went to see Chelsea vs Arsenal today!  A decisive 3-0 win for Chelsea and lots of player photos kept 3 of our 4 Wildcats happy ;)

Sophia and Olivia were goal scorers whilst with Beecholme and haven't stopped their winning partnership!  Now playing within Kingstonian Ladies FC they helped their team to a 6-2 win today.  The team's biggest win of the season saw them return to the top half of the League table.

Chloe was a long serving member of the Club and left us in 2015/16 when her team - the then U18s - won both the League and County championship!  Chloe is in her second year in the US studying and playing football and loving the challenges and experience.

The U13s Wildcats travelled down the M3 on a cold blustery day but weren't deterred.  The girls always give it 100% as a team and today was no exception resulting in a well deserved win.

Despite having no futsal training the U10s just love playing together so were one of only 3 teams brave enough to join the Surrey County FA futsal tournament.  The girls had a blast and the parents appreciated the indoor environment for a change!

After much hard work and commitment from our Welfare Officer and other Club officials we have renewed our Charter Standard with Surrey FA for another 12 months!  The Club has always supported the FA's Charter Standard scheme as we believe our players, parents, supporters, officials and opposition teams deserve the best experience we can offer.

With another gap in their League fixture schedule, the U10s invited Crawley Wasps FC U11s to the Rec.  On a sunny but very cold morning the girls played their first x4 20 minute game and had lots of fun!  New friends made and lots more football fun to come.

The Bobcats drew Crystal Palace LFC Reds who play in the Central Division of the Tandridge Boys League for today's Surrey FA County Cup Quarter Final.  Ironic twist of grassroots football the two goal keepers had swapped clubs just this summer!  Very little divided the teams and at the FT whistle the score was 0-0. Despite being just U12s the Bobcats are experienced hands at penalty shoot outs so very little tension was apparent as the girls laughed and joked with the manager.  The penalty takers stepped up and both goal keepers supported each other through the challenge. The end result was a decisive 3-0 to the Belles!!! They now wait for their Semi Final opposition to be confirmed for next month.

U13s Wildcats Rebecca and Ellie went to the Crystal Palace LFC v Aston Villa LFC match and were very lucky to meet the players including striker Sophie Haywood who helped her team to a 5-0 victory.  The AV players were inspirational to our girls and so nice to take time out to meet them and take photos. Rebecca was lucky enough to get the goalie's signed gloves!!

Sophia Demetriou and Olivia Watson both helped their team Kingstonian Ladies FC to secure a 5-2 win against Balham Panthers FC.  Sophia scored a hattrick demonstrating everything that Beecholme Coach John taught her!

Surrey Youth League recently ran a Club Assistant Referee (Lino) Workshop and several of our parents couldn't resist - 5 U13s Wildcats mums were amongst them!  The ladies found the course very interesting and it gave them the confidence to 'run the line' for their daughter's team.  Well done mummy Belles!!

Some of our Belles were invited along with their friends from Morden Little League to participate in a 4-sided festival at Chelsea FC's training centre in Cobham.  The girls LOVED the experience and did both clubs proud as they were unbeaten all evening!  Well done girls!

After all the rain over the previous 24 hours, the U18s started the day with a lot of uncertainty as to whether their away game was on at Esher College.  Eventually we got the message "GAME ON" and everyone set off.  The two sides battled in an exciting close game but even with a (rightly) disallowed but fabulous goal, the Belles came away with all 3 points to retain their second place position in the League!

The U16s had a very hard League Cup 2nd round tie as they faced Mole Valley from the League's Premier Division. Girl of the Game was Hannah who secured the team's only goal of the game.

Hard game for the Panthers as they drew a higher division team for their League Cup 3rd round fixture.  The girls kept battling but it wasn't to be.  As a team with almost 50% new players this season they're still developing but give it their all every week.

The girls faced AFC Wimbledon in their 3rd round League Cup fixture.  Wimbledon were unbeaten in their season so far but the Bobcats weren't fazed and didn't let it stop them.  Every girl gave 100% and were rightly rewarded with a 0-1 win and are through to the Quarter Final!  Well done Bobcats!!!!

Following it's successful launch in April 2018 we're relaunching our SSE Wildcats Centre! Supported by Surrey FA, FIFA, UEFA and The Youth Support Trust it's aimed at introducing girls aged 5 to 11.  We're one of 800 centres across England and this season we created two new teams so it's a great opportunity for those girls looking to try football but also to join a team on the pitch.

The U11s opposition conceded their League Cup game earlier this week as they were unable to field a team. With the girls still keen to play a friendly was quickly organised with our Motspur Park FC neighbours. Fantastic developing football all round saw a very good MP team come out on top.

Our unbeaten U10s met unbeaten Mole Valley and the kick off was met with a sudden heavy downpour but that didn't dampen the enthusiasm from either side.  The U10s were able to celebrate Ruby's birthday with cakes after a great game of football.

Supplier problems meant the new team's kit was delayed some 9 weeks.  In the end all stops were pulled to get the kit in time for the girls' match yesterday and they LOVED it!  Another great game from this promising team.

The U13s Wildcats are through to the 3rd round of the SCWGL Cup Competition having narrowly beaten League rivals Woking Cougars Youth FC.  The teams have been separated by just one goal in previous games, so everyone knew it was a game where the result could go either way.  All the girls put 100% effort on the pitch and kept battling until the final whistle.  The Wildcats now nervously wait for the 3rd round draw to see who their next opponents will be.

After a dismal wet morning, the sun made a welcome appearance for the U14s' late kick off.  The girls weren't fazed by their opposition's unbeaten clean sheet record.  It's always a tough local derby but the girls kept battling to secure a draw.  Well done girls!

Spoiled by the long warm summer everyone had forgotten that football is a winter sport and it sometimes rains!! The U10s didn't let it stop them and their opposition warmed up over hot chocolate.

The U18s travelled down the road to our friends and neighbours at Caterham Pumas FC.  Caterham's keeper injured her knee hitting the ground and will be out of action for a couple of weeks but we wish her a speedy recovery.

The U12s Panthers have had a difficult start to the new season as they lost their manager and goalkeeper in the last weeks of summer.  The parents came together and a new management team was in place for the girls first League game today. Things are going from strength to strength as the team welcomes two new players and a keeper in time for next week.  Go Panthers!!

Some of our lovely new U11s experienced their first tournament today and were narrowly beaten in the final!  The heat was tropical but the girls gave it their all and everyone had fun.  Many thanks to Teagan for stepping in when the team were a player short.

16 weeks with 69 girls and 5 coaches .. we need a summer holiday! 66 of our Wildcats will be playing football with the Surrey County Women's & Girls League next season and 34 of those are newbies which is fantastic.  HAD FUN! MADE FRIENDS! CAN'T WAIT TO PLAY MORE FOOTBALL!

A fantastic bunch of girls experienced their first ever fixture in the intense heat this morning! Our newly formed U11s met with our friends from Nork Park Rangers FC U10s also brand new.  The girls came together over SSE Wildcats programmes and as our U10s was full, a group helped to form NPR's first ever girls team.  Both teams will play in the SCWGL next season and we're excited to watch them both develop.

U11s Bobcats and U12s Wildcats entered the Camberley summer tournament today and despite the immense heat both teams came away with silverware! The Bobcats kept their cool through another penalty shoot-out to win the trophy and the Wildcats played up a year but still came away with the plate. Fantastic effort from all the girls, doing Beecholme proud as usual.

Some of our U12s Wildcats took part in the Hearts of Teddlothian FC tournament in Twickenham today.  Without their dedicated goalkeeper the girls nevertheless did themselves, their parents, manager and the Club proud. Well done girls.

U11s Bobcats were honoured to represent England in the Brockham 2018 Summer Tournament today.  The team played their socks off to reach the final & after extra time it was 1-1 so the dreaded penalties called again! Everyone kept their cool and the girls scored 4 penalties to take the title!  Hopefully a good omen for the England's men campaign.

U11s Bobcats played at the wonderful Goldsworth Park Rangers FC tournament today and having played 6 back to back games with no subs, they faced the final. The girls didn't want to face another penalty shoot out so played their hearts out to secure a decisive 4-0 win and claimed the trophy! Well done Bobcats!!

Our brilliant U11s Bobcats enjoyed the Kings Hill FC tournament today.  Despite missing their goalkeeper the girls won their group, the semi final and didn't concede a goal all day!  The final was so tight it had to be decided on penalties and unfortunately it wasn't to be for the Bobcats.  But they did themselves, their parents, Nicola and the whole Club proud and received lots of compliments from spectators.  Well done to all the girls who stepped up to take penalties and to go in goal.

We now have 10 girls ready to form Beecholme's newest team - 2018/19 season Under 11s.  The girls have all met through the SSE Wildcats programme and we can't wait to have them join the Club in the Surrey League in September.  Their training with coach John already so will be ready to go!

Our U9s chose Mole Valley Girls FC's first tournament as their first of the summer.  On a hot Sunday the girls put in every effort and were deserved with the trophy and an ice cream.  The team have gelled so well in their first season together and only lost one match all day.  Well done to Edd, the girls and their parents and families.

Our U9s took on our neighbours Crystal Palace Ladies FC and won 6-2.  CPLFC had beaten us 3 times across the season but the title was ours today ... well done to Edd and all the girls who've worked so hard whilst still smiling.

With a 4 week break in League fixtures the U13s welcomed some of their Little League friends to the Rec today.  In a game that saw siblings, team mates and Club mates mixed together there was great humour and fun on the pitch - despite the wet weather!

Having won their County League Division by a clear 11 points the Wildcats secured the Division 2 Cup Competition today making them League & Cup CHAMPIONS!  Well done to Roman, Michele, the girls and all their parents and families for their hard work and effort throughout the season.

Our girls grow up loving football, sport and friendship and that doesn't end when they leave Beecholme.  Two former Championship Cup winning team mates - Alice and Sophia - met each other today for a varsity match between University of Surrey and Royal Holloway.

Mother's Day had a huge effect on player availability for our U9s this morning.  Nevertheless, a dedicated team of 5 took to the pitch and gave it their all in the quarter final of their Cup run.  Unfortunately, that extra player (and a very tall U8!) meant it wasn't to be for our Belles.  However, that gave it their all, had fun and still had energy to chase each other whilst dads dismantled the goals.  Keep it up girls!! :)

The U12s Wildcats won 2-0 today and with a game to play next week, have WON THEIR DIVISION!! Fabulous testament to the hard work and commitment of all the girls in the squad, Roman their inimitable manager, Michele and Richard his assistant managers and all the parents and family members who have supported the girls throughout the season.  This team welcomed new members last summer and every single girl gives their all - regularly playing Little League / tournaments etc on Saturday as well as in the Surrey County League on Sundays.

The Club worked with Surrey FA, Active Surrey and our friends at Epsom College to host the first ever Schools tournament for girls in years 3 and 4.  A very cold morning saw 42 girls rush to the pitches with such enthusiasm we could barely contain it!  Fantastic to give all these girls the opportunity to discover the fun in football.

Having patiently waited for almost a year and having played a tough League fixture helping to secure a draw against the League leaders, Bobcats Lauren (and former Belle Zoe) got to meet Milly Bright. The mascots lead the team out for their London derby with Arsenal in front of a record crowd at Kingsmeadow.  Chelsea won 3-2.

Despite an amazing team performance, scoring the first goal and going in at HT 1-1, the Blues just weren't able to hold off the opposition and so are out at the second round. M

The Pinks played host to Fleet Town in a very even competitive match.  After Madie was fouled on her run towards goal she stepped up to take the penalty and despite a crowd of home and away supporters - supplemented by the teams and supporters for the next match!! - she calmly put the ball in the net to claim the win for Beecholme.

U18s Pinks battled the artic winds and boggy conditions in Purley and a tough and physical Crystal Palace Ladies FC Reds side to take all 3 points.  Well done girls!  Despite the absence of facilities, the parents travelled in style warming themselves with coffee, tea, biscuits and homemade samosas curtesy of the lovely Saddaf.

The Wildcats were almost overwhelmed with players wanting to join the team over the summer. Everyone played the team's first fixture and truly deserved their chocolate reward to celebrate the win.

Despite being 1-0 down at half time, the girls kept their heads up and won 4-2 with smiles all round.  A great win made even better as it was their first 9 aside game and had welcomed new players for this season.  Well done Bobcats!

Gabriella from our U18s Blues team is a long standing member of the Surrey FA Youth Forum and regularly gives up her free time to support others in grassroots football.  This weekend Ella was at Guildford Sports Park running football sessions with Surrey FA as part of Active Surrey's Youth Games.  Well done Ella!

U14s took part in one of our favourite summer tournaments - GPR in Woking.  The girls didn't concede a goal in all 6 games, beat Crystal Palace on penalties in the semi final but lost to Richmond Park on penalties in the final.  Amazing team performance with special mention to Alannah for fantastic penalty saves!

Our U12s split into two teams and both battled through their group stages with the unfortunate result of meeting each other in the semi finals and all the girls were so good it could only be decided on penalties! With the help of Ellie & Poppy from U11s one team were runners up as 1 goal knocked them out of the final.  

Well done to all the girls who played! We only have a photo of one team :(

U14s took part in their first tournament of the weekend and having finished as runners up in their League, were placed in a tough group. Finishing third behind two premier division clubs showed just how hard the girls worked.  They still had time for ice cream and a little face painting though!

Beecholme Belles supports their players in a number of sports and allows girls time off our training for netball, volleyball, swimming, tennis and rowing competitions.  We believe this builds happier, stronger players and two prime examples are Abi F and Rachel from our U18s who just won lots of silverware at today's regatta. Well done girls!

Having been nominated in February for the McDonalds FA Community Community Awards we've just heard that we've won the Surrey FA's Best Inclusive Project Award of 2017 for the work we're doing to make football as inclusive for girls as it is for boys.

The U14s had a hugely successful first season at 11 aside and gained promotion to Division 1 next season! They followed that success up today with a win in the Horsley organised Division 2 tournament hosted at Beecholme Rec.  Well done Maria, Peter and the girls!
